The past few days, some celebrities, who have worked together in notable projects years ago, had a reunion of sorts.
These former child stars practically grew up together on the set, where they forged lasting friendships.
Think of Growing Up's Daniel Padilla, Julia Montes, and Kathryn Bernardo; Tabing Ilogs's Paolo Contis and Patrick Garcia; little superstars of the '90s Angelica Panganiban and Camille Prats.
Last week, on Instagram, Julia shared a photo of her reunion with Kathryn, Daniel, and Direk Lino Cayetano.
In one of her posts, she referred to herself as Tammy and Kathryn as Ella.
Tammy and Ella were their roles in the 2011 weekend youth-oriented show.
Julia also uploaded more pictures with the other stars and people behind the camera, accompanying them with captions about their former weekly series.
Meanwhile, last weekend, Camille posted on Instagram her picture with Angelica.
Camille and Angelica used to be among the most popular child stars in the '90s, and have starred in a number of movies together such as Sarah… Ang Munting Prinsesa (1995), Ang TV The Movie: The Adarna Adventure (1996), and Ang Pulubi at ang Prinsesa (1997).
They both started their careers on Ang TV, a youth-oriented variety show on ABS-CBN.
In the caption, Camille used the hashtag #myforeverbeckyngbuhayko.
In the film Sarah… Ang Munting Prinsesa, where Camille played the title role, Angelica portrayed Becky, the servant girl who became Sarah’s friend.
Also last weekend, Paolo Contis posted a wacky picture of him with Patrick Garcia.
Paolo and Patrick started their showbiz careers by joining Ang TV on ABS-CBN in the '90s.
As teens, they became household names because of their roles in the youth-oriented TV series Tabing Ilog, which ran for four years.
Paolo portrayed Badong, while Patrick played the character of James.
