For her birthday wish, Max Collins, who comes from a broken family, says she only wishes to have a "happy family" with soon-to-be husband Pancho Magno.

Max Collins can't wait to become Mrs. Pancho Magno!

Although their wedding preparations are far from over, she says, "Sana maging grand na grand, but I don't know yet.

"We're still trying to figure everything out."

And how are the preparations going so far?

She reveals, "Now, parang nag-o-ocular kami.

"Just like all the other decisions, we’re still trying to decide kung ano talaga yung gusto namin."

Referring to her husband-to-be, Max adds, "He always lets me make the final decision.

"Yun yung mismong preparation niya, it’s more of, 'Ito o ito?'

"Kung ano yung gusto ko, yun yung masusunod kasi, as he said, it’s really the bride's day.

"So at the end of the day, ako pa rin yung masusunod.

"And that’s so sweet of him."

But, of course, there were those unavoidable times when they had misunderstandings.

Without giving too many details, Max says, "Ganoon pala yun? Sa lahat ng nakakausap kong couples, ganun pala.

"As in, nag-aaway talaga, you know?"

And as she always tells herself, "You have to remember that it’s the marriage [that's important].

"It’s not really the wedding, and I’m telling myself this, 'Don’t let the little things stress you out.’

"It’s so petty naman.

"At the end of the day, isang araw lang naman yun, but the marriage is forever," she says wisely.

Meanwhile, the GMA artist gleefully shares that she is set to wear a Francis Libiran bridal gown.

Max joined members of the press for a short interview during her birthday celebration at Colegio de San Lorenzo in Quezon City, yesterday, August 25.

The 25-year-old actress admits that planning is the hardest part of the wedding preps.

"You need to take into consideration your guests as well.

"Ang hirap pala magplano kasi marami kang iisipin."

As for their guest list, Max and Pancho have yet to sort things out.

She explains, "Kasi we have a lot of friends and a lot of loved ones, which is very hard, because, siyempre, may mga magtatampo sa 'yo if you didn’t invite them.

"It’s just that, you want to make sure na may space din yung mga guests to move around.

"Hindi yung sobrang sikip talaga.

"We’re trying to decide if we could really invite everyone or if we have to limit it."

One Up's Yasser Marta and Joemarie Nielsen hosted Max Collins' birthday celebration.

Her birthday wish and life-long dream: "To have a complete family."

A bit emotional, she explains, "For me, I have a broken family kasi, so wala yung dad ko, so siyempre ako, I’d be so happy if buo yung family ko.

"My dream is that, when I have my own family, hindi kami maghihiwalay ng asawa ko, maging happy yung anak namin, maging healthy.

"'Yan yung wish ko.

"Honestly, kahit sabihin kong maganda yung career mo, hindi ibig sabihin perfect ka.

"Kasi maraming artista na hindi naman masaya yung pamilya, you know, you forget kung ano yung important sa buhay.

"And yung important sa buhay is obviously the family, your health...

"Hindi pera, hindi mga material na bagay, and siyempre si God, of course."
