Actress Jaycee Parker and Angeles City Councilor Jericho Genaskey Aguas tie the knot in a Christian wedding ceremony on Sunday, August 19, at King's Royale Promenade in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

After four years of being together, actress Jaycee Parker and Angeles City Councilor Jericho Genaskey Aguas finally tied the knot.

The couple exchanged vows in a Christian wedding ceremony on Sunday, August 19, at King's Royale Promenade in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Moments before they said "I do," PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and select members of the press caught up with the bride.

All glammed up, the 33-year-old VIVA talent was a bit nervous while waiting patiently at her stand-by area inside the lobby of King's Royale Hotel and Resort.

To feel more relaxed, she recounted how her wedding preparations went.

"One month preparation pero pag nakita niyo yung wedding… sobrang ganda ng gawa ni Badang [Rueda, stylist].

"Sobrang ganda ng mga gowns… I have another gown and yung second gown… they're all made in one month.

"Lahat ng suppliers, even the florists, venue, every thing is dito sa Pampanga.

THE BRIDE

Jaycee walked down the aisle in a layered Jojo Macapinlac bridal gown.

She described, "Medyo rock-and-roll wedding ballgown yung dating nito.

"Sobrang total opposite dun sa second outfit ko."

For the wedding reception, Jaycee changed into a "sleek, sexy, elegant" creation by Mich Viray, another Pampangueño designer.

The bride was very happy with the way Badang transformed the venue.

"Ang ganda, mama!" she exclaimed.

The Promenade was only a few steps away from the King's Royale Hotel and Resort.

Still, Jaycee hopped in this white bridal car to reach the wedding venue.

THE WEDDING

The wedding started at around 5:30 p.m.

In her dad's absence, Jaycee's mom, Rowena Bejasa, walked her down the aisle.

Jaycee said her dad is still in the U.S. which is why he couldn't join her on her wedding day.

Hubert Aguas, the groom's son, performed Nathan Sykes and Ariana Grande's song "Over and Over Again" for the bridal march.

Hubert is Jericho's son with his ex-wife, the late actress Isabel Granada.

Pastor Jerome Gutierrez officiated the couple's wedding ceremony.

Jericho couldn't help but feel emotional when he recited his wedding vows.

He made the guests laugh, too.

Referring to Coco Martin's three-year-old series, the politician quipped, "Kung Ang Probinsyano nga, e, walang katapusan, tayo pa kaya?"

Jaycee appeared on several episodes of ABS-CBN's FPJ Ang Probinsyano before the wedding.

The Angeles City Councilor also quoted some lines from Nathan Sykes and Ariana Grande's song: "And I won't leave you, Always be true/ One plus one, two for life/ Over and over again..."

THE RECEPTION

After the wedding ceremony, guests were ushered out of the venue for some cocktails while waiting for the reception program to start.

An hour later, the couple and their entourage kicked off the party dancing to Momoland's "Baam."

For their first dance as husband and wife, Jaycee and Jericho got some help from the groomsmen, including Hubert.

According to Jaycee, the group only had two rehearsals for their dance number.

In an interview with PEP.ph, Jericho revealed he and Jaycee initially wanted to have a baby before the wedding. But they had to put the baby plans on hold after joining the Victory Christian Fellowship.

Being his dad's Best Man, Hubert gave a touching speech.
