Couture creations of renowned Filipino designer Frederick Peralta are currently on sale at the Frederico: An Exhibit and Trunk Show Sale in Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.
Frederick, who suffered from a stroke in early 2018, is currently recovering at Home Health Care, a health care service provider for seniors and persons with disabilities located in Anonas Extension, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City.
The designer's closest friends were quick to rally behind him and help raise funds for his medical and living expenses.
Michelle Garcia, Marriott Hotel Manila's marketing communications director, wrote in a Facebook post on Sunday, June 16, "Few days ago I visited Frederick Peralta, a father and icon of the Philippine fashion industry.
"I call him mother Fred. Mother Fred is recuperating from a stroke suffered last year.

According to GMA News, his gowns cost PHP8,000 up, while his suits start at PHP2,000.
The trunk show sale will be on until June 23, Sunday.
Same month last year, the first trunk show sale was held for the benefit of the designer.
Now on his 35th year in the industry, Frederick is considered an icon in the Philippine fashion scene.
