Judy Ann Santos says she would rather splurge on groceries than luxury bags or shoes

Although admitting she is not immune to luxury items, Juday says she can't bear the thought of spending thousands on a single luxury item.
So, instead of splurging on luxury bags or shoes, she would rather spend her money on groceries or gas.
The 43-year-old celebrity mom does have a lot of factors to consider before she buys herself an expensive bag or pair of shoes.
