Beauty queen Naelah Alshorbaji made Filipino pageant fans proud as she slayed the preliminary long gown competition of the Miss Earth 2021 pageant.
Naelah looked stunning in her evergreen-colored evening gown made by Laguna-based fashion designer Louis Pangilinan.
The competition was streamed on the pageant's official YouTube channel on Friday, November 5, 2021.

On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, Naelah took to Instagram with photos of her wearing Louis' gown for a photo shoot.
The photos were taken by fashion photographer Elroe Banawa.
"Modern Gaia," the 23-year-old Filipino-Syrian model wrote in the caption of her post.
LUCKY GREEN GOWN
In an Instagram post last October 4, 2021, Louis said the form-fitting gown was "purposely made as light, soft, and calm, but in a sophisticated way."
Naelah's evening gown may look familiar to Filipino pageant fans.
That's because two international Filipino beauty queens have previously worn the same piece and won their respective titles.
It is now touted as the "lucky green gown."
Miss Eco Teen International 2020 Ro-An Tamondong was the first to publicly wear the gown during her final walk at the Miss World Philippines 2021 pageant.
Filipino-American beauty queen Maureen Montagne also wore the same gown for a photo shoot before she took home the Miss Globe 2021 title on November 5, 2021.
Meanwhile, Naelah is among 89 contestants from various countries and territories around the world participating in the 21st edition of the Miss Earth pageant.
This is the second time the organizers of the Miss Earth pageant decided to hold a virtual competition due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
