Heart Evangelista gets herself a new Hermès bag.
In a 48-minute vlog uploaded on YouTube on Friday, February 11, 2022, the 37-year-old actress showed the bag she bought during her recent trip to Paris.
Heart said her husband, Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero, allowed her to shop in two luxury boutiques—Cartier and Hermès .
Hermès executive Michael Coste gave Heart a warm welcome as they reunited at the luxury brand's boutique in Paris.
Based on Michael's Instagram post, it happened on January 28, 2022.
Heart unboxed her Hermès purchase inside the car after visiting the boutique.
She said, "So sabi niya magpalit na daw ako. Dapat magpalit na daw ako ng bag sabi ni Michael, so I'm changing my bag.
"Because he said that he got this bag for me to match my outfit. I'm so...
"This is official, okay! This is declared to my husband and I worked hard for it.
"So wala na siyang magagawa!"
She then showed her bag, exclaiming, "Pak! Oh my god! Lintek! Charot! I'm so happy!"
The Kapuso star did not mention the type of bag that she bought, but it seemed like a rare Hermès Mini Kelly II in "Craie."
It is most probably made from crocodile skin.
A day after she bought the bag, Heart was seen toting it while having breakfast at the iconic Ritz Paris hotel.
She used the same bag in her OOTD post on Instagram last February 3, 2022.
Hermès bags made with exotic leather are only offered to the brand's VIP clients.
Heart didn't mention how much the bag is, but for a price reference, an Hermès Mini Kelly Sellier II in Matte Alligator skin is worth USD98,967.50 or around PHP5.1 million on 1stDibs.com.
