Unlike some celebrities who shy away from repeating outfits, ABS-CBN teen star Francine Diaz has no qualms about it.
She finds it perfectly acceptable, as long as you find creative ways to mix and match your clothes.
"Okay lang po sa akin nag-uulit, actually," the 19-year-old Kapamilya talent told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press.
She continued, "Hindi naman po yung napapasin e. As long as mini-mix mo siya with your other clothes."
Francine opened up about her style journey and offers insightful fashion dos and don'ts in an interview held during Keds Philippines' #DiscoverYou event in Makati City on May 24, 2023.

FRANCINE DIAZ: Go FOR CLASSICS
When asked to describe her personal style, Francine revealed her fondness for timeless classics and basic pieces, allowing her to effortlessly mix and match her outfits with ease.
She explained, "Ako po kasi, ang number one rule po sa akin, you can never go wrong with the basics.
"I always go for neutral colors. Kasi yun din po yung magandang, bumabagay sa akin sa kulay ng skin po. And siguro with my looks na rin po."
Even with her shoe preference, Francine leans towards black and white sneakers rather than heels, reflecting her inclination toward comfort and versatility.
"I'm very, very basic when it comes to shoes. Like, yung kulay lang ng mga sapatos po, it's always white or black.
"Kaya, I'm very, very excited to work with Keds po kasi I'm sure they will help me to elevate my style sa pagdating po sa sapatos."
DISCOVERING HER STYLE
As Francine reflected on her fashion journey, she acknowledged that her style has undergone significant improvement from her younger years.
With time and experience, she has honed her fashion sense and evolved into a more refined and stylish individual, especially now that she has gotten older.
She said, "Siguro po na-developed lang through the years. Especially ngayong dahil nagdadalaga na po ako.
"Parang recently lang din naman po na nag-evolve yung style ko."
Francine, however, acknowledged that she is still in the process of exploring and elevating her personal style.
"Siyempre, ayoko rin naman po mag-stay lang sa iisang style or kung ano yung nakasanayan sa akin ng mga tao.
"Gusto ko rin po mag-elevate talaga with my looks, kung paano nila makita and special with my style po.
"So, I'm very happy na mangyayari yung transformation na yun sa style ko."
Francine frequently relies on the expertise of her trusted stylists, with Drew Lacia being one of her go-to professionals, when it comes to crafting her outfits.
She explained, "Kasi alam din nila kung ano yung bagay sa akin at siya po. So sinusunod ko yung mga advice nila when it comes to fashion."
The Dirty Linen actress actively collaborates with her stylists to achieve her desired look. She also ensures open communication with them, especially when certain outfits do not align with her personal style.
Francine stated, "Kung hindi ako comfortable sa gusto nilang suotin ko, iniiba rin naman po nila ng mas better pa."
When asked about the type of clothing she wouldn't be seen wearing, Francine laughingly answered, "Bikini. For now!"
