Heart donned a Filipiniana jumpsuit with elegant butterfly sleeves and a meticulously crafted bustier, a masterpiece skillfully woven by the Filipino fashion designer Ivarluski Aseron.

In an Instagram post, Michael revealed the intricacies of his latest creation for Heart.
He wrote in the caption, "Details [emojis] Keeping it classy, timeless and just Heart Evangelista in a white Michael Leyva cutout column Filipiniana gown with embellished pearls and crystals for #sona2023."
Heart also proudly brought a rare Hermès Mini Kelly II in the exquisite shade of "Craie," a precious purchase she made during her trip to Paris, France, back in February 2022.
