Jane de Leon has consistently opted for classic fashion pieces over attention-grabbing trends.
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) had the chance to interview her at the H&M and Rabanne collaboration launch in Makati City, on November 6, 2023.
"Classic girl lang. Mas gusto ko yung timeless and mas plain."
"White, black colors, puro ganyan kasi maipa-partner mo siya with anything."
But at the event, she picked a pink outfit.
She explained, "I'm always wearing black, so parang I wanna do different color naman. That's why I wearing pink.
"Colorful era naman, para happy lang, ganun."
She added, "Actually, ngayon na ako nag-pink. Hindi ako nagpi-pink Pero, bagay naman. So, sa tingin ko."
But is she particular about brands of her clothes? Or is she open to wearing "ukay-ukay" pieces?
Jane replied, "Ako naman, I'm okay with it naman," meaning, she is not totally brand-conscious.

But she had invested in designer items, influenced by her mom, Maricor Benitez de Leon.
"My mom told me na yung mga luxury bags or shoes are investments also.
"So paunti-unti, I'm learning how to buy na rin kahit papaano, maybe because I'm kind of ano naman din... simple, practical."
She has been showing on Instagram bags from her collection—part of which was the black Valentino Garavani Rockstud mini bag she flaunted in July 2023.
That same month, she sported her Prada Re-Nylon Shoulder Bag while enjoying a pamper day with her mom.
According to the brand's website, this particular bag is priced at EUR1,500 or PHP91,139.99.
In June 2023, she graced the premiere of the Netflix movie Extraction 2 carrying a vibrant neon green Cult Gaia bag.
Known as the Nika top handle, this bag is available for EUR460 or PHP27,830 at monnierparis.com.
On March 1, 2023, she shared her outfit of the day featuring the Louis Vuitton New Wave Pochette bag, priced at USD1,570 or around PHP87,121.04.
A recent addition to her collection is the Loewe Mini Gate Dual bag crafted from soft calfskin and jacquard. This bag is available on trunc.ph for PHP121,500.
