Still in July, Filipino fashion designer Michael Leyva crafted for Heart a variety of outfits—one of which was this stunning cut-out column Filipiniana gown adorned with pearls and crystals.

On August 8, 2023, Heart opened Michael Leyva’s fashion show entitled Isang Pilipinas with a pearl-studded Terno called "Perlas ng Silanganan," which featured strings of pearls intricately sewn into scalloped layers.
Michael also dressed up Heart for the Tatler Thailand Gala held on December 15, 2023.
