She also enjoyed dressing up and trying out new styles.
When asked to sum up the trip, she told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in a short chat, "I wouldn't call it more of a discovery, just an added gain of confidence."
The interview took place at H&M Philippines' 10th anniversary dinner held at Baked Studios in Makati City.
Michelle continued, "Because in Paris, it's very different from what you do in Miss Universe, it's more fashion-forward.
"You're really trying to showcase yourself while showcasing all of your outfits to the best of your abilities."
The minor hiccup for her was the cold weather.
Despite her OOTDs often being layer-free, she discovered she could still showcase her stylish outfits even in chilly conditions.
"It was definitely nice to learn that kaya pala ng katawan ko yung lamig ng Paris.
"Because if you saw my outfits versus what the rest of my team were wearing, medyo hubadera ako dun!
"But I love it because all of them, I believe, was given justice naman on the Paris streets."
Will we be seeing more of Michelle on international fashion shows?
"Alam niyo na iyan, 'Dee' pa tapos! Hindi matatapos! Abangan niyo iyan!"
MICHELLE DEE: MODEL ERA
Besides stepping into her fashion influencer era, Michelle is embracing her "model era" once again.
On September 28, 2024, she opened the runway for Dubai-based fashion designer Michael Cinco's latest collection at Paris Fashion Week.
Upon her return to Manila, she became the muse for Jaz Cerezo's new collection, which debuted at BYS Fashion Week on Sunday, October 13, 2024.
In an interview with PEP.ph following her walk for Jaz, Michelle expressed her deep honor at being regarded as a muse by these renowned designers.
She said, "I'm just very grateful of my foundations, my training, because it really prepared me for any type of audience anywhere around the world.
"It's such an honor to be able to talk with different designers that I really believe in, that I really idolize.
"And it's just my job to do my job, which is to keep the muse on stage and, of course, bring pride back to the country."
What did she like the most about Jaz's collection?
Michelle answered, "Oh my gosh, I can't pick a favorite because the whole collection is just amazing.
"Jazz, you know, has been supporting me since the start of my career so I'm just glad to return the favor.
"But everything that she puts out is just magnificent.
"Honestly, if I had a personal favorite, oh my god, ang daming masusuot... in the middle of the collection, the black ones, like, I would love it, I would sport it, I would wear it every day.
"But, of course, what I'm wearing now, so skillfully done, the draping is so amazing."
