Chelsea Manalo shone during the Miss Universe 2024 pageant held on November 16, 2024, (November 17 in the Philippines) at Arena CDMX in Mexico.
Though the 25-year-old beauty queen from Bulacan did not advance to the Top 12, missing the opportunity to showcase her stunning evening gown designed by Manny Halasan, her presence remained notable.

Following her exit before the Top 12 semifinals, photos of Chelsea in her exquisite gown were shared on her official Instagram account.
Captured prior to her arrival in Mexico by fashion photographer Seven Barretto, the images displayed Chelsea's elegance in a seafoam green gown, featuring a halter neckline, intricate lace details, and sparkling crystal embellishments.
Her ensemble, reminiscent of her winning look at Miss Universe Philippines 2024 in May, was completed with a cape detailed with ostrich feathers.

Designer Manny Halasan also shared insights into his creative inspiration for the gown in a caption accompanying the photos.
Manny wrote, “This tiffany gown shows modern glamour meets timeless grace. A statement that our Queen is ready to be SEEN and will make her MARK.
"She comes in with a soft armor covered in Ostrich Feathers ready to unleash what she is authentically made of.... simple yet strong, subtle but remarkable.
"Every step, every turn and every air that breathes into this gown is magic that cannot be ignored.
"The Queen has arrived.”
For this photoshoot, Chelsea teamed up with art director Erwin Botin. Claude Villahermosa and Dariel Miraflor lent their expertise to assist in the shoot.
Styling was handled by Paris Roxas, with Kenneth Marcelino taking charge of her makeup. Her hairstyling was skillfully executed by Jerry Buanjavier and Angelu Dominguez.
