Heart Evangelista says there is definitely so much to see and look forward to in the newest season of her reality show Heart World.
The second season premieres tonight, March 7, 2026, on GMA-7.
A press conference was held on February 11, 2026, at The Residences at The Westin Manila in Pasig City ahead of the season debut, where Heart talked about the upcoming episodes and shared what viewers can expect.
"So much more, [to look forward to]," Heart said of her reality show.
She quipped. "Para siyang multiple roller coasters na masusuka kayo at some point. The realest real. Kulang na lang, buksan na pakita ko na yung intestines ko."
The new season also spotlights Heart’s mom, Cecille Ongpauco, who joins her for the fashion week experience.
Cecille has mostly stayed away from the public eye, so viewers will get a rare and intimate look at their mother-daughter relationship this time around.
According to Heart, her mom naturally slipped into her "main character" moment as the journey unfolded.
The Kapuso actress said, "Well, definitely my mom is gonna give main character vibes kasi she was a character that I didn't expect at all.
"I think may mga pinagdadaanan tayo na at the end of the day, talaga nanay pa rin ang tatawagan at kakailanganin natin.
"And I'm sure, of course... everybody that I shared my childhood with, you know my mother-and-daughter relationship.
"So, ngayon na bumalik na siya, there's just so much to... that you didn't expect that you will see."

HEART evangelista ON SPENDING TIME WITH MOM IN PARIS
At the press conference, Heart admitted that she hadn’t traveled with her mom in a long time—especially not for a two-week stretch—and the experience allowed her to see her mother in a whole new light.
Heart recalled, "Actually, because nag-away kami around 21 years old ako. So we never really got to travel, really, really travel ever since.
"We did Japan trips, but for three days. But to be together for over two weeks, ang saya niyang kasama and I truly missed having her around."
Heart said her mom became emotional on her first day watching her in action at Paris Fashion Week.
She said, "Hirap na hirap siya kasi actually, first day pa lang, umiyak siya kasi naiinis siya kasi nauulanan daw ako.
"Tapos medyo negative four, tapos siyempre kailangan mong umawra sa photographer.
"So, naiinis siya, 'Why do you have to do that? Why do you have to ganyan?' Daming questions.
"And then, but, you know... we both enjoyed because sa kanya ko naman natutunan yung kaartehan ko, dressing up and all of that."
Heart continued: "It was her first time to join me in that trip. It's a working trip, so dati nakikita niya ako sa Subic, nagte-taping.
"Ngayon, nakita niya akong doon na nagko-content creation, attending shows, and she really enjoyed.
"Pero by 6:00 P.M., laglag na siya. Talagang ano na siya, maya-maya iisa lang holding hands niya, maya-maya niyan tatlo na yung holding hands niya.
"Sabay, "Hindi ko na kaya magtakong." Ayan. But she enjoyed. It was really... it's so funny and refreshing to watch."
For her part, Cecille said the trip was well worth it and made her feel genuinely proud of her daughter.
Cecille said: "It was so much fun for me because it's worth it. It's worth it.
"It's the first time I saw her in her element in Paris, at that, and I appreciated all the hard work, the passion.
"I mean, she was never-ending, I mean, in motion. She was forever in motion. She wakes up at 3:00, 4:00 A.M.
"And it goes all day long... just fixing her outfits, her accessories, all this and that. Really always creative and made me so proud to watch her in action."
HEART WORLD: what to expect
Following the premiere run of Heart World, does Heart feel that she is now better understood by more people?
Heart answered, candidly, "Not really."
Elaborating: "I don't think I'm... I don't think you'll ever fully understand a person kasi hindi naman mo sila nakaka-sama sa bahay, di ba?
"But as much as possible I opened myself to it. Nandito na rin tayo, ano pa bang hindi ko ipapakita?
"So, you'll really see more of who I am, the people around me and even, like... I'm not gonna be gatekeeping or my secrets, how my work, everything, all the details, mas makikita niyo.
"And not just me, but kunwari those who are curious about... This is a different kind of job, e, and that's probably something that a lot of people don't really understand.
"So here, in a way, you'll get to learn more about it. And if anybody wants to do the same job, this is like a blueprint or a map for them. So that's something that I wanted to incorporate."
But she does hope that the new season will help people understand her better.
Heart shared that season two of her reality show will also highlight her healing journey, especially in the first few episodes, reflecting the emotional phase she’s currently navigating.
She previously took a short break from the public eye after facing intense online backlash in the Philippines just as her husband Senator Chiz Escudero was facing queries on issues involving the flood control investigation.

Talking about her reality show, Heart said, "The beginning is all about healing and how you need to sometimes be plucked out of your usual environment by important people to kind of reset and heal what you need to heal.
"That's something that you will see. So the first episode is really more of, like, an introductory and then the next episode is all about healing.
"And then all of the stuff comes with healing again. Tapos, never-ending healing."
Another thing to look forward to in the new season, Heart said, is a deeper look behind the scenes of her work as a fashion influencer attending various Fashion Week shows.
Heart shared, " The usual fashion week, but really it's something that I want to be very educational. Di lang siya yung parang entertainment, na nakakatawa, nakakalungkot.
"It's something na gusto kong matutunan nila, like things that you can do for your career, stuff like that. How I create content."
She also hinted that something unfortunate happened during their stay in Paris.
Heart revealed, "And there's also... I'm not very sure yet if I'm ready to speak about it, but it's in the works...
"Because something really bad happened to my mom and I, and Iza [Sim] and something and sobrang traumatizing na di ko pa lang kayang pag-usapan, but definitely that's gonna be one of the last part of the show."
Iza Sim is Heart's go-to stylist.
"Parang it's so, you can learn so many lessons from it and I just never thought na mangyayari yun sa akin."
While she didn’t go into details, a report by Ogie Diaz claimed that Heart and her mom experienced a break-in while they were there.
If there’s one thing she hopes viewers take away from her reality show, it’s to not be afraid.
She encourages people to put themselves out there—showing even the raw and imperfect parts of themselves—because taking that first step can lead to unexpected opportunities.
"I guess it's really, you're sometimes so afraid to put yourself out there, to be your most raw, authentic self, even the messy part of you. You just don't even want to.
"I know somebody who'd just recently got a mic for her camera and she's been very reluctant to show many vlogs on her Instagram.
"And nagulat siya na noong ginawa niya yung vlog—Haydee [Bellen], ikaw yun—ang nakakabigla run [she was able to] build a million views or something."
Haydee Bellen is one of the writers behind Heart World.
"So, you know, you have to put yourself out there, but putting yourself out there, meaning to say, isn't just the first step.
"You have to understand na may kapalit lahat ng bagay. But what would you rather be? Stay at home, not do anything, not make a living, or not go for your dreams?
"Or put yourself out there, sometimes be black and blue because you're just really out there showing what you do.
"Are you happy that way or are you happy walang nakatutulala ka lang sa bahay, di ba? So that's something that I want them to learn, that you risk yourself.
"There are pros and cons but there's nothing more liberating and, the feeling of, like, you've lived your life than really truly going, going for your dreams.
"Harangin ka man ng siba, gagawin mo at mararating mo."
