President Rody Duterte is currently in Vientiane, Laos for the 28th and 29th ASEAN Summit.
This is his first official foreign trip and, on the first day, he proudly sported a traditional Philippine barong.
He easily stood out among the other leaders who wore suits and tie.
On the second day, the Head of State attended the 29th ASEAN retreat at the National Convention Center clad in a suit.
