Portuguese designer Joao Rolo had expressed his desire to make dresses for Marian Rivera.
On Instagram, Joao posted a photo of the dress he designed for the Kapuso actress whom he addressed as "princesa."
He created a black dress featuring lavender and light blue floral appliques.
In response, Marian thanked the designer (translated from Spanish to English): "Thanks, sweetie @joao_rolo_couture. Excited to put on the clothes that you made."
Meanwhile, according to "Chika Minute's" Nelson Canlas, it was the designer who first approached Marian.
Joao was also inspired to create a collection for her.
On Instagram, Canlas wrote: "Portuguese Haute Couture designer João Rôlo approached Marian Rivera and asked if he can make the Kapuso Primetime Queen wear some of his creations.
"Marian's nod prompted the ecstatic fashion designer to create a collection especially made for Yan yan. @therealmarian."
