Iris Mittenaere from Lille in north of France gave her country its second Miss Universe crown.
The last time was in 1959, more than 50 years ago.
Iris bested 85 lovely ladies vying to be the most beautiful woman in the universe.
She said in her bio, if given the chance, she would push her advocacy of dental and oral hygiene for the less fortunate around the world.
