The personalized Miss Universe Chucks are now up for auction.
At least 19 Miss Universe candidates from the recently concluded 65th Miss Universe held in the Philippines lent their time in designing/personalizing their sneakers before the swimsuit presentation in Cebu.
The participants were Miss Angola Luisa Baptista, Miss Belgium Stephanie Goldof, Miss Belize Rebecca Rath, Miss Brazil Raissa Santana, Miss Bulgaria Violina Ancheva, Miss Cayman Islands Monyque Brooks, Miss Costa Rica Carolina Duran, Miss Germany Johanna Acs, Miss Guatemala Virginia Argueta, Miss Iceland Hildur Maria, Miss Mexico Kristal Silva, Miss Netherlands Zoey Ivory, Miss Nicaragua Marina Jacoby, Miss Panama Keity Drenan, Miss Paraguay Andrea Melgarejo, Miss Philippines Maxine Medina, Miss Russia Yuliana Korolkova, Miss Thailand Chalita Suansane, and Miss Uruguay Magdalena Cohendent.
The proceeds of the auction will go to the Positive Action Foundation, which is helping individuals with HIV/AIDS and their families.
Bidders may submit their bids, names, and contact details through the information officer in the mall exhibit or via a private message at the sneakers brand's Facebook page. Starting bid for all pairs is at $50 or PHP 2500.
