With the "fake" D&G white shirt issue still unresolved, a lady decided to look for the original shirt.
Meet Camille Buhain.
She is Ms. Provinciated of The Soshal Network, which was formed by three lawyers/bloggers who infuse humor into their posts/entries about food, fashion, family life, and lifestyle.
She is one of the three authors of Etiquette for Soshal Climbers.
She is a state solicitor of Office of Solicitor General, and is about to start a career in fashion design.
Here's what she found: a "limited edition D&G."
"URIG" VS ORIG . Both designs were inspired by the term "fake."
The former came about after Marian Rivera was accused of wearing the "fake" D&G shirt.
The latter was Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's response to the fake tourist shirts with "Io C'ero" print that were released the day D&G's Alta Moda fashion extravaganza was held in Naples, Italy.
The Italian words are translated into different languages.
It has a version of "Io C'ero" for Manila
It's embellished with floral (rose, daisies, poppins, susan, etc.) and fruity patches.
It has real "#Gumamela #Boungainvillea #Lakatan."
Price: it ranges from $300 (PHP14,953) to $1,500 (PHP74,767) depending on the design
Price: less than 200 pesos.
If you want the urig D&G, Camille advised, "Grab yours... before mabulok."
