It was a battle of haute couture at Star Magic Ball 2017 when Maja Salvador, clad in a Michael Cinco couture gown, walked next to Pia Wurtzbach, clad in an Ezra Couture ensemble, at the red carpet.

Pia and Maja were head-to-head on the sexy and sultry haute couture vibe as they walked the red carpet next to each other.

As expected from Miss Universe 2015, the beauty queen pulled off an edgy, sexy look with her “fully crystallized embroidered sheer dress” with thigh-high slit and a sharp bob-cut wig.

Pia had been looking for the perfect occasion to try out this new look, and the returning actress-host found that chance at the ball.

Her glam team—composed of makeup artist Gery Penaso, hair stylist Raymond Santiago, and stylists Patrick Perez and Danae Vernisse from Stylized Studio—helped put this sultry ensemble together.

Meanwhile, Wildflower’s Ivy Aguas decided to make her presence felt at the red carpet.

Maja Salvador, who plays Ivy Aguas on the primetime series, channeled her character in a fully beaded, see-through Michael Cinco gown with a cape.

Hairstylist Florenz Torrentegui combed her hair into a sleek, clean bun to put all the attention on Maja’s smoky eye makeup.

Makeup artist Robbie Piñera gave Maja a pair of natural smoky eyes for the camera.

Rex Atienza and Miguel Cruz from Stylist, Inc. styled the teleserye actress’s Star Magic Ball look.
