Jinkee Pacquiao has been among the highly-anticipated personalities since she and husband Manny Pacquiao began attending State of the Nation Address (SONA) in 2010.

Pacman's political career officially began after he won as congressman of the lone district of Sarangani. At present, he is a senator and the chairman of the Philippine Senate Public Works Committee.

Back to Jinkee, she usually prepares two outfits.

For this year's event, the mother of five stepped out in an all-white ensemble at the opening ceremony of Senate's 17th Congress in Batasang Pambansa Complex, Quezon City, earlier, July 23.

The former vice governor of Sarangani province wore a modern Filipiniana top—featuring classic butterfly sleeves—with matching trousers. It was designed by Michael Leyva.

Completing her first OOTD was a pair of golden peep toe heels.

Her Gabriela Hearst "Demi" leather tote—which is currently priced at $1,795 (or PHP95,916.72), according to net-a-porter.com—was also a scene stealer.

Jinkee's glam team were Denise Ochoa for makeup and Brent Sales for hair.
