Senator Nancy Binay’s fashion choices for the State of the Nation Address (SONA) have always been known to generate memes among netizens year in and year out, and 2018 appears to be no exception.
But this time around, the senator is the first to poke fun at her baby blue Randy Ortiz Filipiniana.

Talking to the press who are present at this morning’s Congress session, Sen. Nancy quipped: “Nagma-match ako sa carpet,” she says, noting that her outfit perfectly complemented the session hall’s blue carpet.
