Here's the secret to best macaroni salad

Chef Kai Verdadero recommends keeping your macaroni salad for one day to allow its ingredients to seep in before it is served.

Bukod sa Christmas ham at spaghetti, ang macaroni salad ang hindi nakakaligtaang ihanda ng mga mommies sa hapag-kainan tuwing Noche Buena o Media Noche.

Para gawing mas masarap ang Christmas staple dish na ito ngayong taon, payo ni Chef Kai Verdadero, as much as possible "you just do it in advance" o one day before serving it.

Aniya, "You need to cook it in advance so the pasta will absorb the dressing, and once it's cooled down, medyo mag-se-set iyong mga ingredients natin."

Making your salad one day before eating will make it "mas malasa" and not watery because it is "well-chilled" sa iyong refrigerator the following day.

Ibinahagi ito ni Chef Verdadero sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at ilang miyembro ng press na dumalo sa Lady's Choice Creamy Christmas Village event na ginanap noong November 27, 2019 sa Glorietta 2 Activity Center, Makati.
