In the video, Sarah is seen participating in a baking demonstration with chefs Heny Sison and Juan Carlo Estagle at her graduation ceremony.
She elaborates on her choice to enroll at Heny Sison's culinary school.
“I wanted eventually to make it a business, di ba?
“Kasi siyempre sayang din naman yung na-acquire mo na knowledge, di ba, o yung natutunan mo through experience and formal training kung kayo-kayo lang within your family lang yung mashi-share mo ng baked goods mo or yung cooking mo.”
In the background, Matteo jokingly suggests naming her future bakeshop “Sarah All,” eliciting laughter from the singer-actress.
Sarah goes on: “Matagal pa yun kasi siyempre meron pa akong, hesitant pa ako, kasi siyempre, Love, kapag sinabi mong food business, kailangan maayos na maayos talaga iyan kasi kinakain iyan ng tao, di ba?”

This vlog was actually filmed almost two years ago.
It was June 2, 2022 when Sarah received her certificate of merit after completing The Essential Baking and Pastry Series (EBPS) at the Heny Sison Culinary School.
Now Matteo proudly shares snapshots of the pop icon’s achievement on Instagram, accompanied by heartfelt congratulations.
“Super proud of you my love!! Officially graduated from baking school!!
“CONGRATULATIONS! Yesssss 'chef sarah' it is!! We are super proud of you! Your achievements are limitless because you always strive for excellence! I love you! #proudhusband [emoji],” the 34-year-old actor writes in the caption, published as is.

SARAH GERONIMO: BAKING SCHOOL
In the vlog, Sarah also reveals that while it was her personal passion for baking that first drove her to culinary school, it was her husband who really inspired her to pursue baking.
“What made me decide to do baking school? My passion for baking.
“Talagang na-intrigue ako na although nakakapag-bake naman ako following yung mga recipes that I see on YouTube, siyempre, gusto kong matutunan yung talagang proper technique, yung consistency.
"Siyempre yun ang mahalaga when baking, di ba.”
She narrates: “I started baking during the…lockdown.
“Oo, naririnig ko na mahirap talaga ang baking so hindi ako nag-attempt…and then nung yun nga, nag-lockdown, nag-try na ako ng mga recipes sa YouTube.
“Sabi ko, ‘Ah kaya naman pala, kakayanin naman pala.’”
Asked about her baking inspiration, Sarah quickly points to Matteo, saying, “Ikaw.”
The sole Filipina Billboard Global Force Award recipient is also asked if she learned much from the baking school.
“Oo naman, definitely, definitely. Yung mga proper techniques, kaya naman kami binibigyan ng mga recipes— nandun lahat ng instructions, hindi ko naman din mame-memorize everything.
“So, ano talaga, bible ng baking di ba— nandu-dun lahat ng recipes and instructions.”
SARAH GERONIMO: THE PASTRY CHEF
Under the guidance of the Heny Sison Culinary School chefs, including Chef Heny herself, Sarah showcases her baking prowess in the vlog, crafting a variety of delectable treats.
These include flat bread, bread sticks, croissants, mango cheesecake, chocolate cake, and crêpes.
The 35-year-old showbiz star also whips up macarons in two flavors, blueberry and strawberry, Matteo’s favorite.

For Sarah, her favorite baked goods is the croissant, though she admits she's still at the stage of perfecting it.
“Croissant, croissant talaga, alam mo na-a-addict ako sa croissant because it’s very challenging to… do at mahabang-mahabang patience din ang kailangan.”
She adds, “Hindi pa ako nakapag-bake ng, ako on my own, ng talagang successful na…croissant, but with the help of Sir Carlo, ma-a-achieve namin iyan.”
Aside from surprising viewers with her pastries, Sarah melts hearts with her appreciation for Matteo’s unwavering support.
“With the support of my husband na talagang every class ay devoted his time to accompany me.
“Thank you, my love.”
