2. Sinigang na Baka
Recipe: "Beef ribs 2 pounds, 10 cups of water, 1 onion peeled, 6 pcs taro or gabi, 1 pc labanos chop niyo, 3 pc siling green, 1 bundle of kangkong, and 5 pcs okra, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
"Para sa real sampalok, 15 pcs na walang buto then 1 cup boil til mag-burst ang balat ng sampalok, then durugin using a fork.

2. Sizzling Shrimp Gambas

Ingredients: "1 pound shrimp or prawns, 1 tbsp oil , 2 tbsp cold butter, 1 head of garlic, dikdikin light lang chop minced, chilli pepper 3 or siling labuyo, 2 table spoon white wine cooking , 1/2 cup tomato sauce, salt and pepper, bread crumbs."

4. Teriyaki Salmon.
Recipe: "1/3 cup of mirin,1/3 cup of sake, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 thumb ginger, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 3 pcs garlic, season sesame seed on top when done cooking, 4 pcs of salmon!
"Marinate for 30 minutes or more then cook for 5 mins medium heat, 'pag flakes na ang skin or kaliskis, ready to eat na!"
