Every mother would know that one of the toughest challenges of a parent is teaching her child how to eat and love vegetables.

But Marian Rivera seems to have overcome this hurdle.

During her guest appearance in the February 18 episode of the weekly morning show Sarap Diva, the celeb mom revealed that Baby Zia’s favorite food is spinach!

Her parenting hack: Marian constantly makes an effort to cook homemade dishes for her daughter.

Marian herself loves veggies, thanks to her Lola Iska’s homemade dishes.

“So kailangan, one week iba’t iba.”

Here are some of the meals that Marian had cooked for Zia.

“Beef with carrots, broccoli, and potatoes.”

“Chicken and papaya with spinach”

“Chicken, cauliflower, and tofu with organic vegetables and broth”

TIPS FOR WORKING MOMS For Marian, the best way to teach your child about eating healthy is to serve “real food.”

But of course, preparing home-cooked dishes every day is no easy task especially for working moms.

Hence, the 32-year-old mom advised, “Kahit isang araw na available sila, puwede naman nila lutuin yun para sa anak nila 'tapos i-save nila, ilagay sa container.

“Huwag lang itagal na sobrang matagal. Siguro maximum of three or four days.

“Kapag may trabaho ako at kinakailangan, ginagawa kong pagkain, good for two or three days.”
