In London, Pinoy's love for Chickenjoy is intense!

Ever since Jollibee announced that they would be opening their first London branch on October 20, expectations were high.

The appropriately British storefront helped in hyping it up, and the turnout was as crazy-intense as expected.

On Jollibee U.K.'s Facebook page, customers shared how they stayed in line for an average of five or six hours.

Luckily, there were no tensions at all, only smiles and tremendous excitement for London's first taste of Chicken Joy.

Check out some of the scenes from the opening:

The morning started with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

These Filipinos traveled all the way from Manchester to catch Jollibee's opening in London.
Though Jollibee officially closes at 11 p.m., the queue had to be closed by 5 p.m. to accommodate everyone in line.

Jollibee U.K. is at 180-182 Earl's Court Road, London, United Kingdom.
