Luigi Muhlach is not giving up on his fitness goals.
The chef knows he has been "over weight for more than half of my life."
"It has really been such a hassle and a struggle for me," the son of Aga Muhlach and Janice De Belen captions in his recent Instagram post.
"I've tried to lose weight many times already and many times i have failed. So this is me again trying my very best to keep on keeping on."
Luigi is willing to try losing weight a hundred times over to stay fit and healthy for his wife Patty and four kids Alejandro, Adrianna, Anya, and Ariella.
"I want to live life to the fullest with you all. So for the 100th time, let's do this!"
BEING A DAD OF FOUR
In a separate Instagram post, Luigi briefly opens up about the fulfillment that fatherhood brings.
He begins, "Having four kids is a lot of fun and a lot of everything. There are days when I still get shocked when I go out of my room and see four kids with all the toys scattered on the floor, having fun while making a mess in the living room."
The father of four admits he gets overwhelmed with the responsibilities and the madness, but it is that chaotic fun that makes his life much more meaningful.
"I would not trade this kind of life for anything! the good morning kisses and tight hugs, random sweet notes when im going through something, funny conversations in the evening, how adriana talks about her crushes and how it stuns me and makes me mad. They keep me sane in this crazy crazy world that we live in."
