Pauleen Luna flaunted her toned figure in an Instagram post on Sunday, June 6, 2021.
The 32-year-old celebrity mom uploaded an after-workout mirror selfie that showed her slim waistline and flat tummy.
In the caption, Pauleen expressed how proud she is of losing the extra pounds she gained after giving birth to her daughter Tali in November 2017.
Pauleen has been trying to get back into shape a year after she gave birth.
But making time for workouts has been difficult for this busy mom, wife, and host.
The Kapuso star said she was able to focus on her fitness goals only during the pandemic starting in February 2021.
And within four months, she was able to achieve her "pre-baby body."
Pauleen wrote in her post, "Hello self! Good to see you again [emoji] Back to my pre baby body (after 3 years?!? [emoji]
"I only started to take this fitness journey seriously February 2021 but boy am i glad i did!
"Lots of hard work and discipline but i'm happy that i was able to get back on track even if it took a long time!"
Pauleen also thanked everyone who joined her in this journey, including her husband Vic Sotto and her coaches who have been overseeing her indoor cycling workout routines.
"Special thanks to the people who push me to be a better version of myself!
"Shoutout to my @electricstudio.cycling communtity for the undying support and pushing me to the extremes!

In a separate post on April 8, 2021, Thursday, Pauleen opened up about the struggles she faced before she was able to achieve her "pre-baby body."
Pauleen said her Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and insulin resistance made it harder for her to achieve her fitness goals.
She wrote, "Last January i told myself that i need to care for my body more.
"Living with PCOS and Insulin Resistance makes losing weight, managing my hormones and managing my skin, make me work double time than a woman with no hormonal problem.
"I needed to change my diet and i needed to MOVE! I started with pilates a few years ago but it wasn't enough for someone with my condition.
"Like what i said earlier, cardio is UGH for me but spinning, gosh, made me want it! Want it everyday!"

Toward the end of her post, Pauleen vowed to maintain her fit body and gave a piece of advice to other moms who follow her on Instagram.
"This isn't the end of the journey because fitness is a lifelong thing! To all the mamas messaging me, thank you and take your time, do not rush and you do you! [emoji]"
