The photos also caught the attention of That's My Bae member Miggy Tolentino and actress Alyana Asistio.
Miggy commented, "grabe naman bossss! [fire emoji]."
Alyana, for her part, left the heart eyes emoji.

Based on his Instagram feed, Alden regularly works out at his home gym, and does free weight exercises.
He has been uploading workout selfies.

Alden's fitness journey started around early 2018. He needed to lose some pounds for his movie Hello, Love, Goodbye, which was also top-billed by Kathryn Bernardo.

Back then, he did intermittent fasting and followed the 16:8 diet, which allowed him to eat for eight hours and then fast for 16 hours. Alden also did weight lifting exercises and high-intensity interval training every morning.
