Fans of Squid Game star Hoyeon Jung are worried about her drastic weight loss.
On Thursday, December 16, 2021, the 27-year-old model/actress updated her Instagram account with photos of her OOTDs at the LACMA art + film gala, which was held in early November 2021.
In one of her photos, she was noticeably thin, clad in a Louis Vuitton's black silk dress.
This got the fans worried, telling her to eat well.

A fan from Sweden expressed, "I loved you in Squid game. [emoji] I think you are an amazing actor and human. I don't want to come off negative at all, just want to say that seeing you in the black dress made me a bit worried.
"I know it's how it is for models to obtain a certain weight standard.
"But please make sure you are eating well, working with a holistic dietician, and making sure your physical and mental health are well and energised through food. Xo from sweden [emoji]"
Another one wrote, "Why she become so thin [emoji]"

Some fans also defended Hoyeon and wrote, "As a very thin person seeing all these comments just makes me go [emoji].
"Yes, she's underweight, no being underweight doesn't automatically mean dead or some illness lol.
"We exist just like overweight people and just like them it gets tiring to hear people, especially strangers point st our bodies and say it's bc if worry.
"That just embarrasses us tbh."

As reported by KoreaPortal.com, Hoyeon acknowledged that she did lose about four kilograms after the release of the Netflix series due to her busy schedule in the U.S.
She reportedly said, "I lost way too much weight. All the clothes that used to fit me when I first came to America are too loose now."
According to Instagram user @mikasrchive, Hoyeon already promised in an interview that "she will eat a lot" now that she is back in South Korea, and is under a 10-day quarantine.
