Veteran actress Boots Anson Roa-Rodrigo: "I guess for King and me, it's 'For better or for worse; in sickness and in health... sa COVID at ginhawa."

Kabilang ang veteran actress na si Boots Anson Roa-Rodrigo at ang kanyang asawa na si Atty. Francisco “King” Rodrigo Jr. sa mga tinamaan ng COVID-19 na patuloy na tumataas ang bilang ng mga kaso sa Metro Manila.

Ikinuwento ni Boots sa Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP.ph) ang mga pinagdaraanan nila ng kanyang 83-year-old husband mula nang magpositibo sila sa COVID-19.

“It's 'COVID Pingpong' for King and me.

"After exposure on July 3, King and I developed flu symptoms and tested positive on July 6 and 7, respectively. We underwent medical care and followed the usual protocols.

“On July 13, I tested negative and King tested positive. We continued with medications continued with protocols. King still tested positive on July 15,” lahad ng 76-year-old actress.

Nagulat si Boots dahil muli siyang nagpositibo sa COVID-19 matapos magnegatibo sa huling test sa kanya noong July 13.

“On July 16, I underwent routine naso-pharyngeal tests for a GMA/Regal taping tomorrow that was postponed from last week. I tested positive.

“Taping is further postponed to next week. So continuous medication and rest for us. Happily, our staff at home are 'negative.'

"I guess for King and me, it's 'For better or for worse; in sickness and in health... sa COVID at ginhawa,'" sabi ng respected actress.
