On October 5, 2023, Lincoln Cortez Velasquez, better known by his username Cong TV, took netizens by surprise when he uploaded two photos of himself on social media in 'before and after' fashion.

In these side-by-side images, the transformation was evident.
Cong's once bulging stomach had been replaced with a forming 6-pack, his chest had picked up more shape, and his shoulders boasted newfound definition and bulk.
His caption reflected his dedication: "Nakakabilib kayang gawin ng isang buwan pag nagdecide ka talaga na may magbago.
"Excited na ako para sa one year!!"
Tagging bodybuilder Mark Ed Floro and athlete JM Macariola, Cong added, "Shoutout sa coaches ko for this journey."
Among the coaches he mentioned, Mark left words of encouragement towards Cong's transformation, commenting, "30 days palang to tol! And napakalaki pa ng room for improvement!
