It’s not often talked about, but there is growing interest in vaginal rejuvenation.
Though still considered a taboo topic by many, it’s time women feel more empowered to embrace treatments that help them feel better—physically and emotionally.
This growing demand led aesthetic physician Dr. Sheena Joyce Bautista to put aesthetic gynecology at the forefront of her clinic, Sheena Beauty and Aesthetics, located at O’Square 2 in Greenhills, San Juan.
She told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and select media: “I have a lot of patients already na they wanna improve how they look and feel down there.
“So may mga nagpapa-Brazilian, you know, Brazilian laser hair removal.
“May mga nagpapa-whitening ng groin area nila or ng vaginal or the intimate parts of their selves.
“Pero wala pa yung internal. So sabi ko, ‘I want to explore on that.’”
She sought the help of some batchmates from Far Eastern University – Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF) who are also practicing aesthetic gynecology.
Dr. Sheena continued: “So, may mga nakausap akong na mga colleagues and then they're also interested. “So, sabi ko, ‘We can do it here in the clinic. Tulungan niyo akong maghanap ng best machine.’”
Her search for the best technology took her across different parts of Europe.
“So, I talked to Indiba, which is from Spain. I talked to Fotona, which is from Slovenia.”
She also tried the EXION machine from BTL, which originated in the Czech Republic.
On August 13, 2025, Dr. Sheena officially launched V-INFINITY, described as “the shortest, painless radiofrequency (RF) treatment for vaginal rejuvenation using the EMFEMME 360 machine.”

The aesthetic physician assured that she personally tested the machine to ensure its safety and effectiveness.
“So, I make sure all of my treatments, na-try ko, na-demo sa akin.
“I know how it feels, and then I really studied it, kung ano yung benefits, how effective it is, ganyan.
“And very important to me is the safety. Kasi it's the vagina area, it's an intimate part of a woman na iyan, e. So, I wanna be very safe.
“So yung demo of all the machines, pinaka-nagustuhan ko si BTL.”
VAGINAL REJUVENATION: TREATMENT
V-INFINITY covers two types of treatments.
One is external, the pampapaganda, and the other is internal, or “pampasikip.”
Dr. Sheena elaborated: “Yung external, di ba, minsan when we grow old or pag nanganak na tayo, nagiging loose na yung area, nagiging loose na yung skin, di ba?
“So, what we wanna do there, we wanna tighten it up. We wanna make it more plump. We wanna make it more hydrated and mabalik yung tone, yung skin.
“Parang regular skin lang sa face.”
Each session lasts at least eight minutes using an energy-based device.
What is the procedure like?
“So, monopolar radiofrequency, it would utilize heat para mag-stimulate po ng collagen ulit. “Kasi, di ba, as we age, uh, we lose our collagen. Mag-stimulate ng blood circulation para mare-regain ulit yung hydration, di ba?
“That's what we want especially for menopausal women na nagda-dry na sila. Mare-regain yung tone and the elasticity nung private areas natin.
“So, it utilizes heat, monopolar RF…you'll feel a little warm. So inside, it's like a warm, a rod inserted inside.”
Speaking matter-of-factly, she continued: “So doon lang medyo mas ma-feel yung heat especially on areas na kung saan reach tayo ng nerve endings…like, for example, the introitus, the clitoris.
"So usually mataas talaga yung nerve endings niyan, so basta feel lang nila yung heat, pero hindi po dapat nakaka-pass yung heat, so enough to stimulate or to make the skin get plump and more toned up.”
Dr. Sheena guaranteed that there’s no downtime and that “you see the result right away—a claim backed by positive feedback from her clients.

V INFINITY: COST
How much does each session cost?
Dr. Sheena replied: “It's usually 25,000 to 30,000 pesos per session...both internal and external na yun.
"Pag internal lang, that's 15,000. Pag external lang, that's 15,000."
She would usually give discounted packages.
"We would like to maximize the results. So, mas maximize yung results if they get two to three sessions.
“And then depende po iyan if ang gagawa is doctor or our trained estheticians.”
She also explained that she usually assigns the same person to perform the treatment for all sessions.
“I don't like my patients feeling uncomfortable na iba-iba yung gumagawa sa kanila.
“I have a patient na nagpapa-Brazilian laser hair removal siya. Kung sinong gumawa sa kanya sa una, siya na ang gagawa forever. So hindi na masyadong maraming tao makakakita ng private part nila.”
The aesthetic physician noted that the outcome brings a series of positive changes to a woman’s life.
Aside from boosting confidence, it is also said to improve intimacy with one’s partner, and, in the process, brings out that glow.
