Women are more stressed out than men.

This was one of the topics during the recent launch of ManulifeMOVE app, at the Grand Hyatt Manila, where a symposium was also held.

Anne gave a tip on how to lead a stress-free life, "Number one, find the right partner."

She elaborated: "You know, especially for women, it's a lot of multi-tasking. You know, you're being a wife, you're being a mother.

"You're still pursuing your dreams. You're in a house.

"You know, there's a lot to think about."

The 40-year-old Kapamilya star remains on top of her game even after giving birth to Dahlia in 2020.

She recently wrapped up her TV series—the Philippine adaptation of the hit South Korean drama It’s Okay to Not Be Okay.

She continues to be a mainstay on It’s Showtime and has several movie projects lined up for release.

Beyond the screen, she’s also making her mark internationally, turning heads at major fashion week events abroad.

How does she recharge?

"You know, I think self-care is so important, to take time for yourself as well.

"In a world, especially now, there are a lot of things, there's a lot of apps. There's, you know, a lot of friends with social media.

"It's important to take time for yourself.

"And I think self-care and mental health awareness is so important to check in on yourself. That can help you, I guess."

The VIVA star also walks whenever she can.

“So I'm gonna say, even just taking a few minutes to, one, walk. As easy as walking.

"Instead of taking the elevator, maybe take the stairs for once, you know.

“Well, I know it's also'cause our country's a bit hot so they don't wanna get sweaty and everything

"But if you have time, walking is so useful and helpful in exercising no matter your age. You can do that.

“You have to start as early as when you can.

“And second, I'm gonna say, checking in on yourself. Because if you're okay, then you'll be able to do everything else.”

Lastly, Anne reiterated the need for the right partner in life.

"But, of course, top priority is finding a good partner that will help you with that stress.

"And, of course, alongside with Manulife, having that app will help you get through that if you want to do things alone and you're too shy to speak to your partner or your friends."
