Celebrity mom Cheska Garcia is embracing fitness not just as a routine, but as a form of overall wellness.

On Friday, June 5, 2026, Cheska shared on Instagram Reels the workout combination that currently works best for her: weightlifting and Pilates.

The video shows Cheska lifting weights in their gym, followed by clips from her Pilates session at 8 Studio Ortigas.

In her caption, Cheska opened up about how the pairing has transformed her approach to fitness.

She wrote (published as is): "The workout combo I never thought I needed! [emojis]

"I’m sharing this because it’s made fitness so much more enjoyable and something I really look forward to.

"Pilates and lifting are such a perfect match, atleast for me—weightlifting has helped build my strength and endurance, and Pilates has helped my flexibility, core stability, balance, and control when I’m doing my workout."

For Cheska, combining weight training and Pilates has allowed her to build both strength and control.

While weightlifting helps improve endurance and muscle power, Pilates complements it by enhancing flexibility, stability, and mindful movement.

She continued: "Some are really challenging, but it's the push I need, and it feels great!

"I’m starting to see some real changes—I feel that I am able to lift heavier and am willing to challenge myself more. I also feel stronger.

"Honestly, I’m way more relaxed in the gym and overall happier when I work out. Maybe it’s the mindful movement, the breathing, and the controlled movements.

"I am also looking forward to when I can push myself more to do the more challenging movements in Pilates as I progress. For now, this works best!

"I’ve never been more consistent or excited about my workouts. Who would have thought!"

In the comments section, fellow celebrity moms and personalities showed their support for Cheska.
