For Anne Curtis, taking care of one's health should always be a priority.
The actress-TV host shared this during her contract signing as the newest ambassador of Zion Philippines on August 15, 2026.
She spoke to PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press about the importance of regular health checkups and listening to one's body.
In June 2026, Anne posted about traveling to Singapore for a medical checkup, prompting curiosity from fans about her health.
Reassuring the public that she's doing well, Anne emphasized the value of preventive healthcare.
"Everything is doing well and that's why... I think it's very, very important that you listen to your body.
"If there's anything that I would like to share with everyone, you know, it's when you reach a certain age, do those executive checkups. Invest in health," she said.

ANNE CURTIS: INVEST IN HEALTH
Anne said she has made annual checkups a habit, even before reaching her 40s.
"I get checked up naman yearly... So I think it's important that we do.
"Sinasabi nila antayin mo mag-40 ka pa, ganyan, but I started as early in my 30s. So, yeah, especially now, di mo na masabi."
The actress was also asked about concerns raised online after some netizens pointed out what appeared to be a lump on her neck in recent photos and videos.
While acknowledging the concern, Anne chose to keep details about her health private.
"It's not something I'd like to talk about. I'd like to keep anything that I'm going through private.
"But for anyone that has any concern about me, just know that I'm okay."
Anne said her belief that health is priceless was one of the main reasons she accepted Zion Philippines' offer to become one of its ambassadors.
According to the actress, she was drawn to the brand's wellness-focused products and innovations designed for use at home.
"One of the reasons it was easy for me to say yes to Zion because, you know, the devices and innovations they have, you can do in the comfort of your own home.
"Red light panels are very beneficial for your health right now in helping with regeneration.
"So, like, even the cold plunge or the sauna, and now there is Zleep AI which can monitor your heart rate.
"So for me it's... it's really a... it's an investment. Yes, it is. But you know, health is priceless."
ANNE CURTIS: MAKE TIME FOR REST
Now 41, Anne said she remains as passionate as ever about her career.
In her words, "I love to work. I'm still passionate about what I do. The fire is still burning. So, hangga't kaya pa, kaya."
That passion, however, sometimes keeps her awake.
Anne admitted that excitement over upcoming projects, endorsements, and filming schedules can occasionally cost her a good night's sleep.
"Exactly this. Like, whether it's a new endorsement, whether it's the first filming day of a new movie or series that I'm gonna do, medyo nahihirapan akong makatulog because you're super excited.
"But learning now that Z by Zion has, like, a heart rate monitoring effect, baka ano, siya yung magsasabi sa akin it's time to take the magnesium para makatulog nang mas maayos and mas relaxed.
"So, yeah, definitely. I still lose sleep over the exciting things, but I think that's something you wanna keep anyway because where's the fun in that, right?
"So, yeah. Yeah, I still experience it."
Despite her busy schedule, Anne stressed that proper rest remains essential for overall well-being.
"I think you'll definitely know when it's time to listen to your body, when it's time to rest. You'll feel it.
"And it's very, very important that you do take the time to listen to yourself.
"But at the same time, another thing that's essential, I would say, is that you have to stay passionate about what you do.
"Only because when you lose that fire, that's when you start to feel super tired, because your job starts to feel like work versus it being something that you're passionate about."
According to Anne, one of the biggest lessons she learned after becoming a mother is the importance of proper time management and setting boundaries between work and personal life.
"If there's one thing I've learned only when I became a mother, it's proper time management. You have to learn how to compartmentalize things.
"It's an agreement that I have with my management now as well, in terms of schedule. They all know that usually on Sundays, I do not work.
"And once my husband says it's time to go on a family vacation because it's school holidays, then, yun talaga.
"That's the ruling. Family first.
"But other than that, I'm such a workaholic."
For Anne, quality sleep also requires preparation and healthy habits.
"I think having the right amount of hours of sleep.
"So there's a preparation that you need to do. Get off your phone at a certain hour, ganyan."
As she continues to juggle her career, endorsements, and family life, Anne's message remains simple: invest in your health, listen to your body, and make time for rest.
