Atasha Muhlach is proudly showing the results of her hard work.

The actress-host confidently flaunted her toned physique and abs at the finals of Century Tuna Superbods Era 2026, held on September 11, 2026, at the Grand Ballroom of Solaire Resort North in Quezon City.

Speaking to PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press, Atasha recounted the fitness journey that helped transform not only her body, but also her lifestyle.

According to Atasha, consistency has been the key to achieving her fitness goals.

She also expressed gratitude to Century Tuna for inspiring her to prioritize her health, as well as to her coach, Arnold Aninion, for guiding her throughout the process.

In her words, Atasha said: "Siyempre naman, consistency and I changed my lifestyle completely.

"Because of Century Tuna, it opened this door for me to, like, focus on my fitness and just really prioritize my overall health. And for that, I'm eternally grateful.

"And also, I would like to give a big, big shout out and a big thank you to my coach, of course, my trainer, si Arnold Aninion, who pushed me every day, even on days where I didn't feel like it.

"He's also a big factor, and thank you for believing in me as well."

For Atasha, fitness has also become a family bonding activity with her parents, Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez, and her twin brother, Andres Muhlach.

She said: "Yes. Actually, we all work out together as a family when we're free, if the time permits, of course.

"But if not, because of scheduling, we work out separately. Either we go biking or sometimes we go for a walk."

ATASHA MUHLACH'S WORKOUT ROUTINE

When did her fitness journey begin?

"Ang workout namin, we've been training consistently for over a year actually, even with the whole family. So we're nothing but grateful and super-super thankful to Arnold."

The actress also admitted that she has been training almost every day leading up to the Century Tuna Superbods finale.

When asked whether she prefers weights or a hybrid workout setup, Atasha answered, "Weights. Weights po. Strictly weights lang. Yes."

Aside from weight training, she also does core exercises, "Minsan one hundred reps. Minsan umaabot sa one hundred reps."

ATASHA MUHLACH: DIET AND TIPS

Diet also played a huge role, with protein-rich meals becoming a staple.

Atasha said: "Actually, kinakain ko lang tuna araw-araw. Araw-araw for breakfast, lunch, at dinner.

"Kasi the beautiful thing with tuna is that it's very, very high in protein. And because I'm always on the go and always so busy with work, it's super fast and super convenient."
