We have all been guilty of eating a lot during the holidays so getting back in shape tops our New Year's resolutions.

We technically have over a month before Valentine's Day and more than two months before summer, still quite an ample time to burn those fats.

The beginning is always the hardest, but if we put our heart into it, we'll surely achieve our #BodyGoal.
