Marian Rivera reveals secret to "parang hindi nanganak" figure

Marian Rivera is back to her old form three months after giving birth, thanks to breastfeeding!

“Sabaw na may malunggay!”

That, according to Marian Rivera, helped her lose the extra weight she gained when she got pregnant.

On November 23, 2015, Marian gave birth to Baby Maria Letizia.

Yesterday, February 16, almost three months since Baby Letizia was born, the reporters who came to her pocket presscon had a common observation: “Parang hindi niya nanganak.”

What else did she do?

“Actually di pa ako puwedeng mag-diet, hindi pa ako puwedeng mag-exercise kasi nagpapadede pa ako, e.

“So kailangan ma-nutrisyon pa rin yung kinakain ko.

"Ayun, araw-araw malunggay. As in, araw-araw talaga, kailangan may sabaw akong malunggay.

“Hindi pa ako puwedeng mag-diet e habang nagpapa-breastfeed.

“Sabi kasi nila, ‘pag nagpapa-breast feed daw, pumapayat, e.

BABY NUMBER 2? Even if the 31-year-old actress and her husband Dingdong Dantes are eyeing four or five kids, Marian said they're not in a hurry, and want to focus first on Baby Letizia.

“Siguro two-years, two-years.”

And she's not in the least worried about how pregnancy would affect her body.

She exclaimed, “Wala akong stretch marks sa tiyan! Kaya kong ipakita yung tiyan ko, wala akong stretch marks.”

Lucky girl!
