James Reid had to sacrifice his time for workout since he became one of the busiest and most sought-after celebrities.
This he told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the Manulife MOVE mall event in Shari-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City, on February 21.
The 22-year-old Kapamilya star said, “Actually, pumayat ako.
“Dati when I wasn’t so busy, nag-dyi-gym ako six times a week. Ngayon, I don’t have much time.
“With my schedule, it’s impossible.
“But I would if I could.
“I was much bigger before with all the fine [muscle].
“Nawala na six packs, gusto ko bumalik sa dati.”
To bring back his ripped six-pack abs, James will see to it that gym time will be included in his schedule.
“I have very slim [body type] and fast metabolism," so he will focus on "weight lifting and combination exercises."
"Moving" also helps.
With a fitness tracker, which can be synchronized with the ManulifeMOVE app on iOS or Android devices, he can measure the number of steps or movements when he walks, runs, or engages in other physical activities.
