Judy Ann Santos in no rush to lose weight: "Ine-enjoy ko 'yong moment na mataba ako."

Judy Ann Santos's goal for her "balik-alindog" program: "Gusto ko lang bumalik sa katawang lupa ko!"

Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo is determined to go back to her old weight after giving birth to her second daughter Luna.

“Lahat na yata ginagawa ko,” the 38-year-old actress laughed when she told the entertainment reporters her “balik-alindog” program at a press conference held recently.

She continued, “I'm back to Cohen already, pero hindi pa Cohen diet kasi nga nagbe-breastfeed pa rin ako.

“But you know, nag-Cohen delivery ako para lang [mabantayan] lang 'yong food intake ko.

“Para lang lesser 'yong seasoning, 'yong ganyan.

“I swim twice, thrice a week.

“Nagwo-walking kami ni Luna sa umaga, at kung anuman ang puwedeng gawin basta huwag lang matengga.

“Nagka-cardio pero paunti-unti.

“Ayaw ko rin biglain 'yong katawan ko kasi nga hindi ko alam ang tamang paraan ng pagbabalik ng workout kapag galing ka sa cesarean.”

But Judy Ann clarified that her purpose for losing weight has changed since she became a mom.

From looking good, the mother of Yohan, Lucho, and Luna now wants to be fit and stronger.

“Gusto ko lang bumalik sa katawang lupa ko!” she joked.

“Basta maibalik ko lang 'yong weight ko before, kung gaano ako ka-fit before I got pregnant [with Luna].

“I was 122 [lbs] but I was really fit. Mabigat ako pero malakas ako.”

She added, “Siguro hindi na ako doon sa pagpapapayat, e.

“Siguro doon na lang sa pagiging malakas kasi you want na pantayan mo 'yong energy ng mga anak mo, 'yong makapaglaro ka with them.

“Kasi, ano naman ang gagawin ko sa payat na katawan kung nanghihina naman ako, di ba?

“So, ang mas goal ko ngayon ay mas maging healthy, stronger.”

Judy Ann also wants to take her time in achieving her weight goal.

“I don't want the pressure to get into me kasi kapag 'yon na ang pumasok sa akin, hindi ko na ma-e-enjoy.

“So, ine-enjoy ko 'yong moment na mataba ako. Ine-enjoy ko 'yong journey.

"As much as possible, I try to enjoy it.”

Although she's very motivated about bringing back her slimmer body, she admitted that frustrations and insecurities sometimes still get in the way.

“You know, don't get me wrong, may mga moments pa rin na 'yong physical appearance mo will get to you.

“Hindi ako magsisinungaling sa thought na, 'Waah, bakit ako ganito?'

“Tao lang ako, nai-insecure ako, minsan nafu-frustrate ako.”

Good thing, her husband, Ryan Agoncillo, has been very supportive about her “balik-alindog" program.

“You know, I'm so happy that my husband is very, very supportive.

“Talagang napaka-supportive ni Ryan pagdating sa workout, sa pagkain, parang sexy pa rin ako,” Judy Ann said.

Because of this, the actress said she couldn't ask for more in her life.

She concluded, “Hindi na ako makakapag-wish ng happier life because I'm very happy and content with where I am, with what I am.

“Baka sabihin naman sa akin ni Lord, ''Naku, OA ka na ha. Binigay ko na sa 'yo lahat. Kalma.'”
