One of the constant worries of many women after giving birth: How long will it take to shed off the post-baby weight?

But some celebs were luckier.

With the help of breastfeeding and regular exercise, they were able to wear their old dresses barely a month after giving birth.

Their Instagram snaps had left some Netizens asking, "Nanganak ka ba talaga?"

1. Bianca Gonzalez-Intal

She's a proof that baby weight could go unnoticeable in just nine days.

While taking good care of Baby Lucia, Bianca started attending her "very light post-pregnancy pilates session."

On Instagram, the Pinoy Big Brother host wrote, "I'm such a believer in working out while pregnant and breastfeeding.

"To those who have been asking, I'm convinced that it's a combination of both that made me recover quickly right after my normal delivery, and brought me back to my pre-pregnancy weight right away."

2. Jen Rosendahl

Three weeks after the Kapuso actress gave birth to Baby Tyler, Jen immediately decided to get back in shape by doing regular exercises at home.

3. Cristine Reyes-Khatibi

The Kapamilya actress who gave birth to Baby Amarah in February 2015, got some help from her waist corset.

She also went back to her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training with husband Ali.


4. Juris Fernandez-Lim

The singer-songwriter swore by breastfeeding.

The acoustic singer also thanked breastfeeding and her genes for not gaining so much weight and losing the extra weight right away.

She called herself and singer-friend Juris "padede girls."


6. Marian Rivera-Dantes

Her diet was predominantly "sabaw ng malunggay," which aided her to exclusively breastfeed Baby Letizia.

In an interview with SmartParenting.com.ph, she said, "Hindi pa ako puwedeng mag-diet e habang nagpapa-breastfeed. Sabi kasi nila, ‘pag nagpapa-breastfeed daw, pumapayat e baka yun lang yung nangyayari sa akin ngayon.”


7. Andi Manzano-Reyes

The former radio jock thanked her mom's genes, mainly because, "she's slim pa din after five kids."
