Solenn Heussaff didn't become sexy overnight.
Just like most people, she initially had a hard time making gym workouts a staple in her daily routine.
In her fitness book Hot Sos, the Kapuso star underlined the importance of motivation and commitment.
The former hsa kept her inspired, while the latter has helped deal with struggles.
She wrote, "Ask yourself: What's the one thing that will motivate me to move, even when I don't wanna?
"Knowing that goal is the first step.
"Committing to it is the last.
"It's literally just two steps!
"You have to set your mind on what you need to do, and do whatever it takes to stick to it."
Now here's a routine you can do at home: Planks!
According to Health.com, this core exercise "builds isometric strength to help sculpt your waistline and improve your posture."
Here are two variations of it found in Solenn's book.
Kettlebell Plank Row
Step 1: Start in a push-up position, with your feet hip-width apart and with one hand holding a kettleball.

Step 2: Lift the kettlebell from the floor, keeping your elbow close to your body. Lower the kettlebell back to its starting position.
Alternate arms and do the same number of reps.

Plank with Arm Lifts
Step 1: Do a front plank, keeping yours abs tight and your back straight.

Step 2: Lift your right forearm off the floor while maintaining your balance.
Go back to plank position. Lift your left forearm next. That's one rep.
