But they, too, have struggles about shedding those extra fats.
Indeed, dealing with weight issues is no walk in the park.
But with determination, no goal is impossible.
Here are four inspiring celebrities who had an amazing journey towards reaching their desired weight.
The Kapuso actress is a proud member of "Nagmahal. Nasaktan. Nagpaganda." club.
Instead of sulking and dwelling too much on her marital woes, Sunshine planned her "balik alindog" program, and got some help from Dra. Vicki Belo.
Last August, she wowed the netizens with a photo showing her slimmer physique.
She revealed her treatment and couldn’t be happier with her new look.
The celebrity mom said, "Exilis to maintain smaller waist after laser liposuction and Vcontour for the face to achieve that beautiful v shape."
From 37 inches, Sunshine now has a 27-inch waist line.
This was Sunshine in 2013.
Here's the Encantadia star now.
The celebrity mom used to weigh 198 lbs, and had a waist line of 34 inches.
During those days, she revealed hearing mean comments from people.
She told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), "Dumating ako sa point na lalabas ako at may magpapa-picture sa akin. Pagtalikod ko ang maririnig mo, ‘Ang taba naman niyan, nakakalokah.’"
Then one day, the actress made the decision to change her lifestyle.
"I got tired of people calling me fat and ugly.
"But I sincerely thank those people, I needed those actually to wake up from this nightmare."
From then on, she committed herself to achieving a slimmer and healthier body before turning 40 on December 16, 2016.
She religiously went to the gym and watched her diet. In less than a year, she lost 50 pounds.
"Ngayon, I’m one hundred forty-eight pounds.
"Gusto kong habulin iyong dalaga pa ako, pero hindi ko alam kung posible pa."
But the ultimate secret to her amazing transformation is "never stop."
On Instagram, she wrote, "Treat every day as if it's your first day.
"First day of choosing what you eat, dieting also is changing your lifestyle, plus including the right exercise for your body type.
"Maintaining is actually the hardest part. But once you set your heart and mind into something then nothing is ever impossible."
She noted, "Being fit and healthy is a choice that you make, especially when you live in a world full of judgement."
But Aiko's weight-loss journey is far from over.
Aside from her fitness routine, she also gets help from a machine called Slimline Pod, which, according to Aiko's Instagram post, can reduce the inches and water retention in just 30 minutes.
Another actress who had a successful transformation this year is the Megastar.
In an interview with ABS-CBN's Reyma Buan earlier this year, she attributed a part of her weight loss to husband Francis Pangilinan's campaign period.
"Kaya din siguro ako pumayat, kampanya, stress at hindi din matatawaran yung madaming mahal sa buhay na nawala this year," Sharon said.
She lost her three half-siblings—Kuya Danny, Kuya Freddie, and Ate Ningning—in a month.
With regard to her strict diet, "I allow myself to eat. [But] ang nangyari is nagpipika-pika na lang ako. Instead of three meals a day, iniiwasan ko yung carbs.
"So walang carbs—yung bread which is my favorite; rice, hindi na ako mahilig sa rice.
"So titikim ng ulam, masaya na ako."
In the September 2016 episode of Tonight With Boy Abunda, the celebrity mom said that she finally decided to lose those extra pounds after realizing that she was disappointing her fans.
The Megastar told Boy, "As an actress, you're supposed to keep yourself looking like a leading lady and, apparently, I had really crossed the line. And that was a real wake-up call."
She added, "I wanted to challenge myself. I said, 'Can you do it? Yes, you can! Test your will power. You know who you are inside. You've been through things worse than this. Taba lang ito!'
"So before the ASAP tribute [January], I have gained more than 30 pounds nang hindi ko alam.
"So from January until now, I've lost 66 pounds."
This wasn't her first attempt though.
Sharon revealed in the same episode that she had gone through several diets and even had a liposuction, but none of those worked.
It was only until she started an "all-natural" method that she started seeing positive results.
She first showed off her slimmer figure in the finals night of The Voice Kids Season 3.
Back in 2011, the comedian weighed 199 lbs.
Given his weight, he started feeling discomfort.
In an interview with the defunct Kapuso showbiz-oriented talk show Showbiz Central, he admitted, “At the time, I felt so heavy. I was worried that any time, I would suffer a heart attack.”
Meanwhile, in an interview with Ricky Lo, he dished out the reason why he gained all those extra pounds.
"You see, I came from a poor family and we hardly ate three square meals a day. When I joined showbiz and started making money, I tried to catch up by eating and eating, parang bumabawi ako, and that’s how I gained weight.
"Showbiz is fattening.”
The first thing he did was quit smoking.
Bearwin told Ricky, "I’d been a smoker for 11 years."
Next, he watched his diet.
"...little by little, I cut down on my food intake and put more fruits and vegetables in my diet.”
Aside from dieting, he got into long-distance running.
"There’s an oval in our village, mga 400 meters iyon, at hindi ko maikot iyon.
"I began combining brisk walking with mild running for one month. Gradually, I developed stamina."
He does not measure, however, his running performance with the amount of time he spends.
"I measure it not by time but by the distance.
"You can say, 'One hour,' pero patigil-tigil naman ‘yon.
"I run by the distance and then I time it."
He also has a rituals of sorts.
"Before running, I don’t eat anything, but I drink lots of water.
"After running, I drink a tall glassful of blended [five] bananas, strawberries and apples with low-fat milk.”
The professional magician now maintains the ideal weight of 154 lbs. for his height: 5"7'.
In fact, he has actually participated in numerous running events, including local and international marathons, from five-kilometer to 42-kilometer runs.
