Lauren Young hopes to achieve target weight, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Sometime in Augustr last year, Lauren Young decided to get back in shape.

First, she started dieting.

Then, in November, she tried circuit training, a full-body workout in 30 minutes or less which builds and tones muscles with an intense cardio workout.

In an interview with (Philippine Entertainment Portal) during a Watsons event, she said, "I have been going to the gym. I go to 360 Fitness Club.

"I do circuit training with them three to four times a week."
