Kathryn Bernardo says she enjoys gym training and even Muay Thai.


Have you noticed Kathryn Bernardo is no longer as skinny as before?

It was sometime in 2015 when she decided to go for a healthier lifestyle, which includes dieting.

She has been eating chicken, fish, fruits, and veggies.

In a matter of few months, the result was hard to miss.

On February 22, 2017, at the Pond's Event, the Teen Queen joked, ""may fats pa rin," when PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) complimented her more toned physique.

The 20-year-old actress has been religiously attending her gym sessions, too, under trainer Bok Santos, who praised Kath, "Ang masipag mag-workout!!! Ang loyal!!!"

The Star Magic talent's target points: "tricep muscles, core, and legs."

Add to this, the girlfriend of Daniel Padilla told PEP that she's also into Muay Thai, a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking and various clinching techniques.

She's also not closing her doors to other fitness activities.

"Nandito ako sa age na gusto ko mag-try ng iba’t-ibang sports, and I’m very open with what I’m offered.

"So ayon, na-enjoy ko naman siya."

When asked what sports does she enjoy, she quickly answered, "Volleyball...frustration ko yun, e."

She also mentioned, "Siguro badminton, puwede rin," before ending with, "Kung anong puwede, madali lang akong hatakin!"
