Erich Gonzales was all smiles when she guested on ABS-CBN afternoon show It's Showtime yesterday, March 28, 2017.
Clad in a pink crop top, her toned abs didn't go unnoticed.
Did you know she only started her gym training over a month ago?
According to her fitness coach Bok Santos, the 26-year-old actress has been religiously attending her gym sessions thrice a week.
He told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) via Viber message, "super focused siya sa mga workout namin.
"Kahit minsan puyat galing taping, pupunta pa rin siya."
In one of his Instagram posts, Bok teased Erich, "Mam...grabe lakas mo mag-workout...di ko alam kung saan nanggagaling? Hugot na hugot!"
When asked about the Kapamilya star's specific fitness goals, he answered, "sa lahat, abs talaga gusto nila, at butt."
Now here's the glute workout, which targets the butt to make it look "rounder, fuller, and stronger."

The results are now evident on the 26-year-old star's bod.
Coach Bok recalled, "Before, kapag nakita ko sila, payat lang. Ang ginagawa ko, nilalagyan ko ng muscles na bagay lang sa build nila.
"Iyon ang talent ko."
His observation: "Kapag nakita nilang mas gumaganda body nila, lalong ginaganahan."
But aside from gym workouts, diet has to be changed as well.
The celebrity trainer advised, "Iwasan ang matamis at maalat. Dapat healthy food ang kainin para mas mabilis mag-react ang body."
Add to the regular gym training, "Need nila mag-cardio like running."
Those who are really serious achieve their body goal in just two months. This means no cheat days and no tamad days for workouts.
