Sylvia Sanchez aspires to achieve a slimmer body and it's happening!

Sylvia Sanchez admitted to losing about 10-15 lbs due to her strict diet and regular workout.

Sylvia Sanchez has long been wanting to get her former body back.

In fact, the celebrity mom jested "gusto kong pumayat" a number of times as her birthday wish during her celebration last May 19, 2017.

Unfortunately, for a celebrity like her, who is also busy being a wife and a mother, hitting the gym is at the bottom of her priority list.

However, as soon as she finished shooting The Greatest Love, which aired its last episode on April 21, the ABS-CBN actress found the chance to commit to her health and fitness.

In fact, this endeavor was dubbed by her eldest son Arjo Atayde as "Operation Taba."

Moreover, Arjo doubles as her personal chef and fitness trainer.

Sylvia told (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in an interview, "si Arjo nagpe-prepare ng food ko, gulay, chicken, and fish.

"Tinututukan ako ni Arjo ngayon.

"Bilin niya, 'kailangan pumayat ka.'"

Aside from her strict diet, the 46-year-old mom also hits the gym everyday.

The result? She already lost about 10-15 lbs!

Yesterday morning, she also started running at the Philippine Institute of Sports Complex or "Ultra" in Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.

She admitted that it's no joke to stay focused and committed.

The mother of four even told PEP, "masakit katawan ko" and "sumusuka ako sa pagod."

But despite all the physical pain, Sylvia knows that she's got the best in this bargain.

Asked for her goal, she admitted: "gusto ko lang pumayat, yun lang talaga."

She even mentioned that she wanted her body in the 2012 Kapamilya show Mundo May Ay Magunaw.
