The good thing about Karylle and Yael Yuzon is they have become a positive influence on each other's life.
He encourages her to work out.
Admittedly, the It's Showtime host has not been allotting time and energy for her runs and gym sessions.
She told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) during the presscon for their latest endorsement, Belvita Breakfast Biscuits, on February 21, 2018, "Depends on the season, katulad nga nitong busy season, medyo mahirap, we try to shape up, but it’s a lot of work."
He threw in, "She sometimes surrender the fatigue, e. I said to her, 'We’re too young to retire.'
"I never stop kasi that’s what it takes."
Hence, no matter how busy he is, he always finds time to run.
Dieting is not also a "favorite thing" of Karylle.
She said, "I'm having a hard time..." so they try to make healthy food choices "like Belvita," which she eats with fruits."
Yael, who's usually in charge of the cooking, makes an effort to cook healthy dishes.
Meanwhile, it was previously reported that Karylle influenced Yael to sleep early.
The vocalist remarked, “Parang hindi na yata ngayon.”
Karylle added, “Kasi nga gig season noong mga nakaraang buwan like December is gig season also February is gig season.”
Yael continued, "I usually sleep early if there's no gig."
In a nutshell, there has been a conscious effort for the two to stay healthy because they are hoping to have a baby.
"Hopefully soon," said Karylle.
She resumed, "We’re trying to be our best healthiest self to have baby."
Do they want a boy or girl?
The host/singer/actress replied with a laugh, "Ako, anything. I’m a humanist."
For Yael's part, "Ako rin, kahit ano. Gusto ko lang na yung anak namin ay maging achiever.
"He/she maybe great academically, also great in sports."
The couple will be celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary this coming March 21.
